The Deering High School Outdoors Club took nine students to South Bristol to kayak in Muscongus Bay for three days. They slept in tents and paddled during the day along the Maine coastline.  The students saw dozens of seals, ospreys and jellyfish.  They dug clams and steamed them at night.  At the end of the trip, many students jumped in to the cold water and swam to a dock and back.
