A group of students from Lyman Moore Middle School who visited Shinagawa, Japan last summer have raised nearly $500 to help victims of the recent Japanese earthquake. The students and their families participate in Moore’s Falcons Take Flight group that helps oversee an ongoing exchange program between middle school students in Portland and Shinagawa.
